Sir Rottenham of Robbington is the disguise of Robbie Rotten's featured in the episode Prince Stingy.
After hearing Stingy wish he were a prince, Robbie uses this medieval knight character to convince him that he is in fact descended from royalty.
Selection process
In the Prince Stingy episode, as with most episodes, Robbie goes through the normal selection process - starting at the right-hand side of the screen and moving left past the disguise machine's chambers.
