Fordmil Meansbad is the name given to Robbie Rotten's disguise from the episode Secret Agent Zero.

With this character, Robbie holds a rigged election to become the new mayor of LazyTown.
Once he succeeds in becoming Mayor, Robbie takes the opportunity to try and confuse Sportacus and Milford with a puppet version of the Meansbad character. It doesn't work.

Selection process

In the Secret Agent Zero episode, there is no selection process.
Instead, Robbie runs straight to the disguise machine's last chamber and pulls the lever, deploying the Meansbad costume.

Fordmil Meansbad is in the last chamber on the left.
Three of the four other chambers can be seen to contain the same various dresses that were rejected in favour of the Miss Roberta costume.

Outfit Parts

Robbie wore: a bowler hat, a monocle, a drawn-on Sportacus mustache, a light purple shirt, a purple-and-black necktie, an indigo jacket, and indigo pants.
