At the time of release, "Bing Bang (Time To Dance)" was rated as one of the leading contenders to be the UK singles chart's 2006 Christmas number one. However, on December 10 it reached its peak position at number four.

The title track "Bing Bang (Time to Dance)" was later included on the UK soundtrack LazyTown - The New Album as a bonus track.
