You know what to do. In case you don't: just cross your eyes and line up both Stephanie images until they become one

          Re: LazyPics

My first attempt at making a 2d image into a 3d one

          Alt sizes here:

          width: 1200

          width 1440
          http://i54.*******.com/fbaiao.png

I find that the width 1200 is a good balance

Makes me wanna hold her in my hand and stroke her hair, like a barbie doll.
Nice work, it looks so real in 3D, although my eyes are hurting a bit now haha. Isn't there another way?

For now yeah unless I get a pair of them red/blue glasses to try out making them into that format. You think your eyes
are hurting my are now permanently cross eyed.

The wider the screenshots the harder it is to focus on them, you might wanna cut that huge blank area of wall

One should always have his anaglyph glasses ready for occasions like this.

Quite impressive, BJ. Your Steph is - äh - more threedee than she is on the View Master reels.

Actually I do have a pair I buried somewhere don't remember what color combo it uses. It's either red green or red blue. If I have time later, maybe I'll dig them out.

I've seen the package shots of those view master reels would love too see what the images look like. Something tells me they probably just shifted the images either left or right instead of actually positioning each object in the image to it's proper parallax shift position based on the distance from the camera.

Edit: Cool and thanks btw for turning it into a 3d glass ware image for me.

Oh, a little programme called AnaMaker did this.
Unfortunately, I have no equipment to scan the View Master reels. First reel has seven publicity stills, the other two seven scenes from Happy Brush- and Sports Day each. Picture quality of the latter is bad for View Master standards. The 3D effect is genuine looking for the town, some clouds here and there and the puppets. The effects on real-life people - Sportacus, Steph, Robbie and Bessy - are obviously faked. So maybe they took 3D pictures of the puppets and used cardboard dummys of the actors which were 'enhanced' later on. I don't know. Unless one isn't fan of both LazyTown and View Master, it's not worth the effort to get those.

Yeah I figured there would be a program for that I'd still try to do it by hand though just for the fun of it. As for those viewmaster reels for me it would be more a technological curiosity to see how they did the 3d.
