Despite the Break it down parts. Basing Hate on Chloe just because of Season 3 or 4 or both is not really a reason. She came in did her thing she tried to be her own version of Steph. I thought she did fine. She seems to be doing fine after LT Ended. I mean the way I see it. Julianna was the better Actor and Chloe was the better singer. But in all fairness they were pretty much equal

Yeah I think Chloe was as good a Stephanie as they could realistically get. Julianna was 22 at the time, so who could honestly expect her to stay playing a character who's 8? I also agree that the "Break It Down" parts kinda sucked, but they weren't her fault, and at least they axed them for season 4.
