This site lists stephers.net as an imageboard (chan). It is not an imageboard (where anyone can post anything). Instead, the content is controlled, so it does not get flooded with garbage like imageboards do.

There is a Stephanie imageboard in existence, and sure enough it got flooded with crap. In fact that was a major reason I started stephers.net, I didn't want to wade through the garbage at the Stephanie imageboard site.

As the joke goes, Voltaire would not have defended free speech to the death if he had seen the Internet.

Geez, why do people get so persnickety about the term imageboard? I didn't say Stephers was a "chan" board.
