  • Lazytown NOT in trouble... British press owe Magnus a BIG apology!

As xjocundxlilacx said in the other thread:
    https://forums.lazytown.eu/forum/gen...5362#post65362

This was posted on ruv.is yesterday:

It seems that Lazytown is having problems. British media reported today that the debt is so much that they are preparing to go to lenders.

Lazytown's TV rights are actually doing well and the show is now shown in a hundred countries, but the parent company is uncertain about the future of the show. Lazytown owe only 15 million, or over three billion kronur. Daily Telegraph has reported that Magnus Scheving, the CEO of Lazytown Entertainment, has been in talks with lenders. They have made peace on the credit extension and they will be paid up in the coming years.

I think the British press owe Magnus a BIG apology!
    Yeah!, they must do it!

That type of company - in which we need.

That seems Magnus works not for money, I respect and adore him for that

Dontcha know Magnus uses his flim-flam to get what he wants aT ALL costs!

The show stands, all 2 seasons. Whatever happens to the company doesn't matter, b'cause it will always be a cult classic with us fans! Right?!

Has anyone else read that the news was misunderstood? It's right they have to pay 15 million of pounds, but, it's in several years later, not now. So LT Entertainment goes super .

I would hardly call Maggi a flim-flam artist. He's a very passionate, driven person and as far as I am aware he has never lied or deceived his audience or business associates for his own gains at the expense of others' investments and faith in him.

And several fans have already written in demanding The Sin and any other papers that print the story write an apology. It could damage the company's reputation, particularly over Christmas!

I have only one thing to say

                It's a god-awful small affair
To the girl with the bright pink hair
But her uncle is yelling "No"
And her hero has told her to go
But her friend is nowhere to be seen
Now she walks through her sunken town
To the seat with the clearest view

And she's hooked to the TV screen
But the show is a saddening bore
                For she's lived it
                twenty times or more
She could spit in the eyes of fools
As they ask her to focus on

Robbie fighting in the dance hall
                Oh man!
                Look at those trousers go
                It's the freakiest show
Take a look at the blue elf
                Beating up the wrong guy
Oh man! Wonder if she'll ever know
She's in the best selling show
                Is there life on Mars?

Okay you got me it was more than one thing :2bong:

                      It's on Sportacus's tortured brow
That Stephanie has grown up a cow
Now the kids have struck for fame
                      'Cause LazyTown's on sale again
See the mice in their million hordes
From Robbie's place to Sportacus airship
Rule LazyTown is out of bounds
                      To Bessie, robodog, and clowns
But the show is a saddening bore
'Cause I wrote it twenty times or more
It's about to be writ again
As I ask you to focus on

Pixel playing in the dance hall
Oh man! Look at those game consoles go
                      It's the freakiest show
Take a look at the blue elf
                      Beating up the wrong guy
Oh man! Wonder if he'll ever know

It makes no sense but I like it
Magnús: - I have fans of all ages and I don't think it's weird when older people like LazyTown. LazyTown appeals to people for many different reasons: dancing, acrobatics, etc.

                            Bowie

                            ;)
Oooops, I'm not to fond of David Bowie's music, my mom likes his stuff better then me (surprising when a 19 year old and his parrent's musical tastes are sometimes the same, I listen to a ton of old stuff...just not David Bowie, sorry)

Not a big deal. Everyone has their own tastes in music.
