West Highland Terrier and King Charles Spaniel have a perfect size. Are Terrier more intelligent than Spaniel? It looks like a more active dog.

Indeed, I just believe Cats/furry animals shouldn't be allowed on kitchen surfaces.

I don't think it's agianst the law to not train a dog, at least not here although I'm not absolutely sure if that counts for 'dangerous' breeds too, don't know about UK.

That's a great way to learn about dogs, I do that too sometimes I don't hate dogs like you do with cats, they just don't fit into my life right now and dog sitting is just the right way to get in touch with them and play and that sort of stuff.

I would say the Terrier is more intelligent than the Spaniel.
Like you say it's a more active breed, and energy and intelligence usually go hand in hand in Dogs {or paw in paw!} e.g - The Border Collie.

No it's not, but if that lack of training leads to an attack on public property, it is a reportable, and in most cases prison worthy offence.

The Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino & Fila Braziliero are banned in the UK.
Maulings etc occur though because other potentially dangerous Dogs aren't muzzled on walks as they are kept by inexperienced owners wanting "status" dogs.

My respect to you, I wish I could tolerate Cats, but I've had too many bad experiences.

BIG Cats on the other hand are great, especially Lionesses.

                  I love kitties.
I love dogs too, but not as much as kitties.
I have met plenty of vile/mean/asshole dogs, but never a cat like so.

                          Re: Your Petz...and dream pets

Let's see here...I don't like owning pets because it takes too much time, money and effort to take propper care of them...sure, the emotional experience and all the fun is one thing, but you have to sacrifice a lot for these things, sacrifices I can do without.
I have my fammily and friends, I have my God, I have my interests (like LazyTown :) ), I realy don't need, nor have time/money/patience for/with an animal/pet.
This much sayd, I like dogs over cats, and I especialy dislike...even hate, birmanise cats.
