I'm still getting used to the navigation. It's different, and I really miss the star ratings, but it's not so bad to me. And all the channel icons had to change to those bar forms!

It's under the video, right next to the thumbs up and down. You hit 'save to' and from there you can select Favorites or Playlist.

Made a lame video but it won't upload. Says that function is down and that I can't edit any videos. What happened? Maybe they're updating...but it really slowed me down.

The big yellow bar at the top saying that the site is preforming maintenance might be a clue ;)

I didn't see a big yellow bar. Maybe it's not displaying for me? Sometimes Firefox does that--it remembers previous versions of pages randomly for no reason at all, screwing things up for people.
