It's enough to survive, usually, but I can't download stuff upon stuff.

Mine goes anything between 0.5kbps and something like 750 kbps.

Every time I use uTorrent now it cuts off the internet for my whole house.

That speed is terrible, but Turkey have only copper lines, also between the cities/DSLAMs? And it will not be faster before your government have upgraded the network. In Norway all this was replaced with fibre lines. Some set the "old" centrals in fire with gasoline to get new buildt, because the equipment inside didn't support faster DSL/fibre.

You all (mates) have only Internet without LAN?
